As with all deccorated clothing, it is recommended that you wash the item inside out, tumble dry on low, and avoid ironing the actual logo itself.  Following these care instructions will ensure the longevity of the item.

Due to the custom nature of the item, returns and refunds are limited to defective merchandise.  If you recieve your items and any of them are defective or there is a printing error on KOW's part, please take a picture of the defect, and send via email to knockonwoodsd@hotmail.com within 24 hours of recieving.  You will then be contact on what to do.  Please note that all items run true to size unless otherwise specified.
