Due to the custom nature of each order, returns are not accepted. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, or an error has been made on our part, please take a picture of the item and email it to us at knockonwoodsd@hotmail.com with your order number and information.

 Each order is made once the order is placed. Because of this, you can expect a 10-14 day processing time from the time the order is placed until the time you can expect for it to be done. More times than not, an item will be done well before that time. Once your item is done, you will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has shipped or ready for pick up

 Although it has been tested in multiple laundering settings and has been fine, it is recommended you turn your item inside out to wash and dry. Tumble dry on low and when needed iron indirectly on the logo (inside out or flipped over and never directly on the logo itself)
